21st Century Bank’s Mission Statement states that the Bank will strive to improve the communities we serve through volunteer service and financial donations. Here are some of the organizations to which we contribute, either by service or donation:
    • 'Dollars for Scholars' in Delano, and various other scholarships for children in
Blaine, St. Francis, Rogers, and Rockford among others.
    • Collecting food for local food shelves- C.E.A.P.(Blaine), Hanover Food Shelf
(Loretto), C.R.O.S.S. (Rogers) and N.A.C.E. (Ham Lake).
    • Collecting toys at Christmas for local organizations through our Annual Food,       Toy and Clothing Drive.
    • Participating in community events and celebrations such as ‘Rockin’ Rogers’,
‘The Loretto Holiday Train’ and ‘The Ham Lake Sno-Bowl’.
    • 'Dress-Down for a Cause Day' - employees give a monetary donation to dress
down for the day. Proceeds have gone to organizations who work to fight
       Diabetes, Leukemia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

From January 2011 to July 2011, the Bank raised money for the
Minnesota Military Family Foundation (“MMFF”) in support of deployed
Minnesota military personnel, their spouses and children.

From August 2011 to December 2011, the Bank is raised money for the
Alexandra House, located in the cities of Blaine and Anoka. The mission
of Alexandra House is to empower victims of domestic and sexual               violence and inspire social change through education, support and               advocacy.

Starting January 1, 2012 and running through July 2012, the Bank will
raise money for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA).               HDSA is a national non-profit voluntary health agency dedicated to
finding a cure for Huntington's Disease (HD). HDSA provides vital support,               information and educational services to improve the lives of those affected               by HD, offers resources and guidance for HD families through its national               network of volunteer-based chapters and through its HDSA Centers of               Excellence for Family Services, and promotes and supports research to               find a cure for HD.

HD is an inherited disorder resulting in slow and irreversible loss of both
mental and physical capacity. There are 30,000 persons in the U.S.
currently diagnosed with HD and each of their siblings and children has a
50% chance of developing it. HD is a "family disease," not just because it
is inherited from a parent, but also because it profoundly affects the entire
family unit emotionally, socially and financially. HD, like Alzheimer’s and
Parkinson's, takes a person away from their loved ones and the rest of the
world long before they die. Every person who inherits the HD gene will
              eventually develop the disease.

While we take the support of our community seriously, we also know how to relax and have a little bit of fun with our surrounding communities. We host a 'Halloween Coloring Contest' for kids under 14 years old. We conduct our annual 'Customer Appreciation Day' in November where we treat our customers to games, product specials, games, food and drink – all for letting us be their Bank. Each December, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus make appearances at our bank locations for children, young and old. We are proud to be a part of your community and know that our involvement is critical in helping to improve the social fabric of the places in which we live and work.
